  1. Status before you load

    • Check the Status page. RED means do not load. Wait until it is GREEN.
    • A Bodycam or anti-cheat patch can make the previous file the wrong one. The label is the current build state, not a promise it stays green.

  2. Loader and menu issues

    • Read the load-order thread before you open a ticket. The listed systems are Windows 10 and 11 on Steam Bodycam.
    • If Status is RED, wait. If it is GREEN and one clean retry still fails, write in with your order id.
    • Steam launch or anti-cheat install errors on Bodycam itself are separate from loader delivery. Fix the game client first, then re-check Status.

  3. Delivery and refunds

    • A missing delivery, and a long RED window, are covered on the Refunds page. Include your order id when you write in.

  4. What we can and cannot help with

    • Supported: Bodycam Cheats on Windows 10 and 11, Steam Bodycam, plus loader and delivery help for a paid license.
    • Not supported: other games, or copies of the loader from somewhere else.

How do I contact Bodycam Cheats support?

Use the support channel linked on your checkout order. Send your order id, Windows version, Status (GREEN or RED).

The loader will not open. What first?

Read the load-order thread. If Status is RED, wait. If it is GREEN and one retry still fails, send the order id.

The menu opened once, then stopped?

Do not keep launching it. Restart Bodycam, re-check Status, then try one clean load. If it still fails, contact support with your order id.

Which Windows versions are listed?

Windows 10 and 11, Intel or AMD. HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM, and Secure Boot are listed as on. Cloud DMA is required for full functionality.

Where is my delivery?

Delivery is digital after checkout. Use the loader link from that order. A copy from anywhere else is not supported.

Bodycam will not launch. Is that support?

Not until the Steam client runs normally. Verify game files, repair anti-cheat, then read Status. Loader help starts when the game opens and Status is GREEN.
